Art Class: Linocut Printmaking

In this one-day class, students take inspiration from featured exhibition The Art of Elizabeth Catlett to create a small print edition using the linocut technique. Taught by Kat Hampton. A Columbia-based artist, teacher, and founder of 36 Frames Art & Literary Co-Op, she works across a variety of disciplines including printmaking, photography, and mixed media. She currently teaches at Westwood High School in Richland Two and has been an instructor for the CMA since 2013. All materials and equipment provided. Ages 15 and up.
