Columbia Museum of Art’s board of trustees adds two new members

Talented local leaders bring their skills to the museum
Columbia, S.C. – The Columbia Museum of Art announces Linda Pearce Edwards and Dr. Todd Lefkowitz as two new members elected to serve on its board of trustees for the 2023 – 2026 term.
Edwards is a partner at Gignilliat Savitz & Bettis LLP, one of the oldest employment law firms in South Carolina. She earned an undergraduate degree in business administration, a master’s in business administration, and a law degree, all from the University of South Carolina. A certified specialist in labor and employment law with over 25 years of experience, Edwards was born in Charleston and enjoys cooking, hiking, and fly-fishing in her spare time.
Lefkowitz is an award-winning plastic surgeon and head of Lefkowitz Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics. After earning his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, he completed the prestigious Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Fellowship at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City under the direct tutelage of Dr. Sherrell Aston, one of the foremost international experts in aesthetic plastic surgery.
“We feel most fortunate that such giving and skilled professionals will be enthusiastically governing, directing, and promoting the CMA as the premier statewide arts destination,” says CMA Executive Director Della Watkins.
The CMA board of trustees also elected new officers for the 2023 – 2024 term:

- Toby Goodlett, vice president
- Steven A. McKelvey, Jr., secretary
- Joseph Bruce, treasurer
