Are you curious about the basics of art? Instructor Grant Jackson uses simple objects to introduce students to the core fundamentals of drawing from observation. Students use a variety of drawing tools to learn about line, gesture, contour, perspective, space, light and shade. Jackson holds an M.F.A. in painting from Florida State University and has a taught at the CMA since 2003. He also taught design, drawing, and photography at USC. All supplies included.
