The USC Photo Festival Portfolio Review allows upper-level photography students (enrolled in the BFA and MFA photography programs in the School of Visual Art and Design at USC) the opportunity to share their work with established professionals from all over the U.S. The reviews are 20-minute individual meetings with gallery owners, editors, publishers, artists, educators, and museum curators. Reviewers provide students with professional opportunities, feedback on their work, and advice for launching and sustaining their art career. The 2014 USC Photo Festival Portfolio Reviews is part of the 6th Annual USC Photo Festival.

Friends of African American Art & Culture’s (FAAAC) “High Stepping into High Fashion” provides an up-close and personal look at the one-of-a-kind designs of Hudson, winner of Bravo's “Styled to Rock” competition produced by singer, Rihanna. Sergio, his design partner Charles Lynch and Columbia Italian Shoe Boutique Owner Gwen Rawls lead a conversation on African Americans in the fashion industry. Light Refreshments. This series features gallery talks about a wide range of topics and disciplines. Dick Goodwin is a composer, arranger, performer, and studio producer. He leads the Dick Goodwin Quintet and Dick Goodwin Big Band, and is a Yamaha Artist. This Salon features music from WWI through the 1960s highlighting works in the Norman Rockwell: Behind the Camera exhibition. The Trio is Doug Graham on clarinet, Dick Goodwin on trumpet, and Winifred Goodwin on keyboard.
